Jason Cornwell • The Crew

Lexi Meece

After seven years in the commercial casting world, Lexi Meece founded Grasshopper Casting in 2007. The aggressive young casting director expanded the company into a variety of genres, including Sports, Beauty, Style, Celebrity and Game Shows. After much success, she formed a partnership with Jason Cornwell of Cornwell Casting — making the leap into the world of Reality Television. Since then Ms. Meece has worked on the hit show Tough Love for VH1 and the new TV Land series First Love Second Chance. The native Texan earned her B.A. from the University of Texas esteemed College of Communications, with a focus in Radio, Television & Film. Now with a long list of major national campaigns to her credit, and a growing roster of television, voiceover and print work, Ms. Meece has become a leading force in the dynamic world of casting.

Damon Collazo

Casting Producer, Damon Collazo has been involved in the entertainment industry for over two decades. He began his career as an actor (The Patriot, Walker, Texas Ranger) and moved over to the production side in 2005, bringing his talents to the world of unscripted casting. Since then, Damon has quickly risen as one of the top reality casting producers in the business and has cast everything from CW’s Beauty and the Geek and ABC's National Bingo Night to his most recent credits on TV Land’s First Love, Second Chance and VH1's Tough Love.

Tony Miros

Tony Miros is the newest member of the Cornwell Casting team. His career in Reality TV began at Bunim Murray Production - where he worked as a Casting Coordinator/Associate on several of the company's most successful shows including The Real World (Denver, Sydney and Hollywood), Road Rules: Viewers Revenge and America's Psychic Challenge. He has also worked for several other networks and production companies including MTV's I'm With Rolling Stone and Bravo's award-winning Project Runway. Tony's most recent credits include Talent Producer for Comedy Central's The Gong Show with Dave Attell, Casting Associate for the SciFi Channel game show Cha$e, Casting Director for TV Land's First Love, Second Chance and Lead Casting Director for the soon-to-be syndicated court show The Hollywood Judge.
